Rule 108
Bid Withdrawal or Amendment
(1) If the bidder or proposer wishes to withdraw or amend the bid or consultancy service proposal submitted by him, the relevant application and the document confirming the authority of the bidder shall be sealed in an envelope and the following shall be mentioned on the outside of such envelope to the relevant local body within the deadline for submitting the bid. Must be submitted:-
(a) subject to tender or offer of consultancy services; (b) The name and address of the local body or official inviting bids or proposals for consultancy services,
(c) Subject to amendment or withdrawal of bids or proposals for consulting services,
(d) Transactions to be opened only on the day and time of opening bids or proposals for consulting services.
(2) If sealed envelopes as per sub-rule (1) are received, the concerned local body shall keep such envelopes safe as per rule 107.
